Sending and storage
The website processes submissions on its server to validate them, check for spam and attempt email delivery to info@westbridgebd.com. It does not save inquiries in a website database or browser storage. If email delivery is unavailable, the form reports that the message was not sent. Successfully sent messages are handled by the email service and Westbridge’s mailbox. If you email us directly, your email provider also handles your message.
Service providers and technical information
Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate their services. Hosting logs may include technical request information. The form uses short-lived, hashed request identifiers to limit abuse; message contents are not added to application logs. These safeguards do not guarantee security. Providers may process information outside Canada. Google Fonts receives technical information such as an IP address when fonts load.

This website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The selected language is reflected in the page URL, not stored in a cookie. Infrastructure providers may use their own technical mechanisms to deliver and secure the site.
Keeping information
The website does not maintain an inquiry archive. Copies in business email and provider systems are handled according to business needs, applicable requirements and the providers’ practices; no fixed retention period is promised here.
